Food and Beverage Manager


The objective of F&B Operations Manager of (the bar) is to ensure that the overall F&B operations run efficiently. In addition to delegating tasks to the bar team, maintaining bar inventory, mentoring/educating bar team, managing budgets, and working in collaboration with Keene Record Hospitality to develop venue specific cocktail menus; The F&B Operations Manager will lead the daily operational requirements as well as execute all the purposes to the strategic mission of (the bar)
